VOCABULARY Unit 4

VOCABULARY

  • Calm Down: When you are anxious you need to relax and calm down
  • Cheer up: Is to feel more happy and active
  •  Chill out: When you go out whit your friends and you go to the beach to chill out 
  •  Cut down: Is to reduce the amount of something
  • Face up to: When you have problems and you face up to them is to confront them
  • Open up: When you tell all your problems to a person
  • Slow Down: When you run so fast you have to slow down and recover yourself
  • Work Out: When you  go to the gym to get fit
  • Aching Muscle: When you have pain in your muscles
  • Itchy skin: When your skin is irritate
  • Sore back: When you do so much effort and your back hurts
  • Sprained wrist: When your move badly your wrist
  • Stiff neck: When you have a bad posture of your neck
  • Swollen ankle:  When your ankle is injure by a sprain
